The Futurus’ exclusive Eclipse lens cap covering system creates a new
level of versatility and comfort in binocular use. The Eclipse lens caps are
incorporated in the Futurus’ protective rubber armor to shield the lenses
in any situation at a moments notice, creating a stylish, first-rate binocular.
Fully multi-coated lenses utilize True Color magnesium coatings to provide
improved light gathering capabilities as well as exceptional color transmission
that is high in contrast and resolution. The unit’s 96m field of view
is combined with porro-prism optical schematics to provide a top of the line
view.
The water resistant unit can be used for both professional and recreational
uses. Use the Futurus 12x50 for search and rescue missions, border control,
surveillance, and home security. Recreational uses vary from camping, hiking,
nature observation, bird watching and spectator sport observation to game
tracking, hunting and target shooting. The 12mm eye relief and the ergonomic
design of the body provides comfortable viewing while the ability to attach
the unit to a tripod with a ¼” mount adds extra comfort.
In addition to solid optical characteristics, the Futurus’ rugged, rubber
armor and lightweight (35 oz), compact body (7.3x8.5x2.8 inches), supplies
a comfortable grip and protection that is ready for serious outdoor adventures.
All Yukon Advanced Optics’ products, including the Futurus 12x50, are
warranted free of defects in materials and workmanship for four years after
the date of purchase, if the unit is registered within 30 days of purchase
on Yukon Advanced Optics’ Web site. In the event of a defect under this
warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product, provided
you return the product. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse
or improper handling. Also, this warranty is null and void if installation
or maintenance is provided by someone other than a Yukon Advanced Optics authorized
service department.
